My stay at the Swissôtel Al Ghurair Dubai was fantastic. The location was superb, with easy access to the metro and nearby restaurants. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, I did notice some minor issues, like the hairdryer not blowing hot air and the breakfast needing more variety.
