i found the check-in process very smooth with mehran being helpful. he facilitated an early check-in which i appreciated after a long journey. the location proved convenient with easy access to various restaurants and the mall. i also liked the store located in the lobby area as it provided useful amenities.

the parking at basement 3 was difficult to navigate and somewhat confusing to access upon arrival
